The system, which can be applied to different universities and used over cloud systems, is a part of the software development process.

UBIS

The system of the "University Academic and Administrative Information System", which serves academic and administrative units.

The system, which also has multi-language support; Although it contains 21 components, there are many technological developments in the field of education in Turkey. It is the platform where the development was used for the first time and it also includes the software of a proprietary "utility model".

CAWIS

Academic Information System and Student Information System within the body of Sakarya University Information Processing Department. Worked as a software specialist in the Campus Automation Web Interface System (CAWIS) software project.

adaBIS

Sakarya University Adapazarı Vocational School, Turkey's first distance education state university software in the project of designing and implementing Distance Education System management automation.

Worked as a specialist and project manager. Establishment of system infrastructure, determination of scenarios and implementation assignments were undertaken.

Within the framework of the Bologna process, it is a system that is compatible with the European Credit Transfer System and can work in integration with all other education information systems.

Education and Training Information System; By using the department/course data it contains, it can analyze all the relations related to the Bologna process and all outputs related to these relations, ensure that the data are updated live and calculate the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credit conversions.

ONLINE EXAMINATION SYSTEM

The electronic examination system aims to digitize all processes related to the creation of question pools, organization of exams and exam questions, and conducting electronic exams by faculty members.

The system creates customized exams for each student by grouping the questions in the pool according to the criteria specified by the faculty member, and it can perform the evaluation process as soon as the exam is completed. Additionally, the system can be integrated with other educational systems.

ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE SYSTEM

The Academic Performance System is a software that enables the collection and measurement of desired data using criteria created without the need for software development, thanks to its platform developed using current technologies. Unlike traditional performance systems, it is a specialized software designed specifically for measuring academic performance.

Within the scope of the project, it has been involved as a software designer, coordinator, and implementer.

STUDENT FINANCE SYSTEM

The Student Financial System enables the management of all financial operations related to students through a single platform. Within the system, processes such as contracts, payments, and invoices are conducted and tracked through digital systems.

The system is capable of managing payment operations with external systems and exchanging information through internal integrations.

SMART CLASSROOM SYSTEM

The Smart Classroom Application is an application created to facilitate the use of digital platforms in the educational process, integrate with the Academic Information System, Student Information System, and Education Planning Information System, increase the use of digital tools by instructors in the classroom, and reduce non-academic burdens through technological solutions.

The application enables the live display of class/exam schedules on digital door screens, and announcements and notifications can be quickly delivered to students through these screens. Student attendance can be taken using smart cards, and this information can be instantly accessed through the digital podium. Digital materials used during class can be immediately transferred to the student information system and made available to students.

The system, integrated with the education planning system, can respond to unforeseen events outside the planned education program, automatically notify students of changes in class schedules made by the instructor, and redirect students who mistakenly go to the wrong class to the correct one.

ALUMNI INFORMATIONS SYSTEM

The system is designed to be used by career centers and alumni placement units operating either on campus or off campus. It encompasses career planning, online CV creation, alumni management system, affiliated institution management, and job posting management systems. It allows students, instructors, and organizations to come together on the same platform.

KIOSK INFORMATION SYSTEM

The project, which marks the beginning of smart classroom applications, has been implemented with the aim of enabling students/staff members to quickly access information such as announcements, class schedules, exam schedules, and exam results using their smart cards. It involves touch screens, smart card readers, and PC components installed at designated locations within the campus. Through integrated systems connected via web services, the kiosks can instantly share all the desired data with users in real time.

SMART CARD SYSTEM

The smart card reader management system is responsible for monitoring the entrances and exits of campuses within the university. It utilizes a dynamic access authorization system to automatically adjust access permissions based on the status and roles of students or personnel. It can also manage systems that operate with reservations and/or payments, such as sports facilities or parking lots, and generate summaries and reports.

MOBILE APPLICATIONS

Mobile applications have been developed for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone to allow students to access almost all the information they can access on the web page with less data usage. Through these mobile applications, new announcements, exam results, and notifications related to faculties/departments/courses can be instantly sent to the relevant students' mobile phones without requiring any data plan.
